First up is Coco!

Oh, what a sweet little guy! (Pay no mind to the flowery harness. He’s secure in his manhood.)

Foxy is believed to be a Chihuahua/Shiba Inu mix. Foxy is definitely an appropriate name!

Oh, Cosmo. You’re such a beauty!

So is lookalike Jazzy!

Brandy looks like she was caught licking a mustard jar.

And last but not least, we have Punk.

Punk’s an adorably playful kitten. Adorable, I say!

I posted earlier this week about our adorable new nephew, Rhett. The beginning of his life was a little rough: two weeks overdue, stubbornly refusing to be born, then spent a few days in the NICU. I was hoping so much that he’d be released before I had to return to California, but it wasn’t meant to be.

However! The wonderful staff at the hospital allowed him to be unhooked from his (non-vital) machines for a short while so we could take a few photos before I had to leave.

As you saw in the previous post, he was a wonderful subject. His mama had knitted a hat, mittens and booties for him prior to his birth. The booties were adorable, but a skosh too… er… large. His poor little toes poked out the tops. We struggled to keep his toes inside just long enough for me to get a shot of his fully-clothed tooties. But it just wasn’t meant to be.

Regardless, this photo, while unintended, is still adorable. And hilarious. Grow, Little Rhett, grow! Maybe next time I see you you’ll fill them out!

This adorable little lamb is our brand new nephew, Rhett.

He was born in the wee hours of the morning almost two weeks ago. He was nearly two weeks late!

Oh, isn’t he sweet?

Ack! I said SWEET!
